1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LaNexa website (lanexa.eu) and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

LaNexa provides web development, ERP system development, IT consulting, server management, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to: provide accurate and complete information necessary for project delivery, respond to communications in a timely manner, provide feedback within agreed timelines, and make payments according to the agreed schedule.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and designs created specifically for their project. LaNexa retains the right to use general techniques, methodologies, and non-proprietary components. Third-party licenses (plugins, themes, libraries) remain subject to their respective license terms.

5. Payments

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Warranties and Liability

LaNexa provides services with reasonable skill and care. We offer a 30-day warranty period after project delivery for bug fixes related to the delivered scope. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. In case of termination, the client pays for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
