WordPress Development
We build custom WordPress themes, WooCommerce stores, and performance fixes for sites that outgrew their page builder. Most of the work is hand-written Gutenberg-compatible themes, not repackaged ThemeForest kits, and WooCommerce stores where checkout speed and tax handling actually matter. Typical project: rescue a 3-second WooCommerce store, rebuild the theme, move hosting, and ship it at Lighthouse 90+ on product pages.
PrestaShop Solutions
We work on PrestaShop 1.7 and 8.x stores: custom modules, multistore configurations, checkout customization, and the performance work that faceted search eats if nobody tunes it. Typical project: migrate a 1.7 store with 200 custom overrides to 8.x, rebuild the theme, and cut category-page load time from four seconds to under one.
CRM / Laravel Development
We build custom CRMs on Laravel 10+ with Filament for the admin layer and PostgreSQL underneath. The pattern is almost always the same: a sales or operations team has been running on a 14-tab Excel spreadsheet plus shared Outlook folders for years, the workflow finally outgrew it, and an off-the-shelf tool like HubSpot or Pipedrive doesn't model how they actually sell. The canonical project on our side: replace a 14-tab Excel workflow with a proper CRM wired into the client's order data, and watch response time on a common operation drop from 30 minutes to 30 seconds.
IT Consulting & Optimization
Short, scoped audits. We look at your tech stack, your infrastructure costs, your vendor contracts, and tell you what we'd keep, replace, or renegotiate. The output is a written report with specific recommendations ranked by cost-to-benefit, not an open-ended advisory retainer. Typical project: review an AWS bill that grew 40% year-on-year, identify the two services doing 80% of the damage, and deliver a migration plan.
Server & Hosting Setup
We set up VPS hosting on Hetzner, Contabo, or DigitalOcean with Ubuntu LTS, Nginx, PHP-FPM, and PostgreSQL or MySQL. Zero-downtime deploys via rsync or Deployer, Let's Encrypt on a cron, UFW firewalls, and daily offsite backups. Typical project: migrate a merchant off shared hosting onto a 20 EUR/month Hetzner box and watch page speed halve because the bottleneck was always the shared CPU credit.
Marketing & Analytics Tools
GA4 setup done properly: e-commerce event tracking that matches your checkout actually completing, Consent Mode v2 configured so EU visitors don't destroy your data, and server-side tagging when client-side blockers start costing you numbers. Typical project: a GA4 account that has been running for six months, is missing half of its transactions because of ad-blocker losses, and needs a server-side migration plus Consent Mode v2 wiring.
